There will be entertainment by local band, The Shammys, an open bar, plenty of food and time for networking! Bus transportation will be provided round trip from the hotel. There is a $50.00 fee for this event that is not covered with a promo code and is separate from HVI registration. There is an option to register and pay for this event on the HVI registration page.
  Note: If you are already registered for the 2022 EEBA High Performance Home Summit, and you registered for the Wednesday evening social event, you do not need to register through HVI.

FREE AND DISCOUNTED REGISTRATION FOR HVI PORTION OF MEETING

Complimentary Registration for HVI Members: Each HVI-member company in good standing will receive one complimentary meeting registration for the HVI portion of the meeting. This complimentary registration is good for one in-person OR one virtual registration, but not both. Your company-specific Promotional Code will be emailed directly to the Primary Representative. If you have questions about your Promotional Code, please contact Vicki Morris.

Spouses/Partners: If you're traveling to Arizona, we encourage you to bring your spouse/partner to join in the fun. HVI is offering complimentary registrations to spouses/partners for the HVI hosted meals and evening function. Pre-registration is required to ensure availability of seating and meals.

If you, or your spouse, are planning to attend any portion of the EEBA conference, you will each need to register on the EEBA website, and complimentary registration and meals are not offered through EEBA.

EVENT REGISTRATION

All attendees must pre-register whether attending virtually or in-person. Event registration is separate from lodging reservations.  Once you complete your event registration, you will you see "Click here" to secure your lodging reservation. Do not delay securing your room.

Meeting registration and payment must be paid September 1, 2022, to avoid late registration fees. After September 1, registrations for in-person participation will incur an additional $110 fee. There is no late fee for virtual participation.

HVI Registration fees will be refunded upon written notice of cancellation received at HVI Headquarters no later than September 1, 2022. All registrations canceled, regardless of when they are received, will be subject to a $200 processing fee.  No refunds will be issued after September 1, 2022; however, substitutions are permitted so long as HVI staff is notified in advance.

Group Lodging Rate / Reservations

$129.00 per night inclusive of daily resort fee. The daily resort charge includes guest internet access; two bottled waters; valet parking; daily fitness class; sports equipment rental; dessert with restaurant entrée purchase; $10 off golf; $15 off spa; $15 off select off-site activities; local/toll-free calls

The hotel has set aside a limited number of rooms at a special reduced rate for our group. We encourage you to make your lodging reservations as soon as possible to ensure you will receive the reduced rate.  The cut-off date for this special rate is August 19, 2022.  Reservation requests made after this date will be accepted based on availability and will be charged at the hotel’s prevailing public rates. The discounted rate is offered three days pre- and post-meeting based on room availability.
